Have not installed the tramp yet but i can say the logistics and support from ordering the tramp are fantastic. I ordered online and within 5 minutes Shane had called me and asked all the right questions about color and delivery. Within 24 hours he had personally drove the entire kit out to my house and stayed for about 20 minutes to show me all the tips and tricks on how to set it up the right way for the best results. From what i have seen so far, the kit i ordered is made of very durable material and the set up is insanely simple. I would absolutely recomend this company to a friend! This is my first in ground trampoline and I couldn’t be happier! Correction, my kids couldn’t be happier! My youngest daughter jumped on it for four hours straight once it went in the ground. The price was right, and they literally dropped it off at my house one day after buying it. Customer service is top notch too! They wanted my landscaper to call so they could help with any questions he had for an easy assembly. It’s got good bounce and the lawnmower drives around it no problem. 100% recommend if you’re looking for an in ground tramp!
We love this tramp! It’s extremely durable and really good quality. I’m always worried about making a purchase like this and it not holding up. We had ours installed a couple years ago. I have 6 kids, they all play on it daily and aside from the normal fade caused by the sun you would think it was installed a week ago. Highly recommend this product if your wanting a ground level tramp.
